    高鐵一日「工作」圈

    上周五 再次體驗高鐵一日「工作」圈

    一大早到南科提案 中午匆匆趕回到台北提案

    一南一北  究竟存在甚麼樣的差異

    這一天的遭遇 彷彿就是讓業務產生人格分裂的最佳寫照

    同樣都是科技大廠

    一個正邁向10   一個剛結束50周年的慶祝活動

    一個是做面板  一個是賣大型主機

    一個是本土廠商  一個是知名外商

    一個就像溫暖的陽光 一個卻是嚴厲的冷鋒

    (不禁令人懷疑:天氣對企業文化也會產生影響?)

    一個會說:「希望透過與媒體的配合提升公司同仁的人文與美學素養,發揮更大的影響力回饋社會同時也希望將台灣本土的美麗故事帶到國外去

    另一個則說:「我付錢給你們,理所當然是你要幫我做啊!而且不論是廣度跟深度都要達到極大值!公司整體形象不代表現在我要promote的產品,

    況且這個東西的邏輯是甚麼?」話說完,就在白板上畫下流程圖….

    結束會議後,同事提到:「你看在外商公司工作一點靈魂都沒有有時候覺得他們是幫外國人打擊台灣人..

    當然這兩種客戶不見得有好壞之分,太過客氣可能會影響效率;講求數字也許顯得有憑有據我只能說這都是一種選擇

    但我心中最敬佩的一種人是「勝利時心存寬厚,和平時友好親善」

    後記:

    洪蘭在「人文素養的威力」一文中提到「人文在國家貧窮時,是第一個可以丟棄的東西,但在生死存亡關頭,

    使士兵為國捐軀的意念,卻是人文素養種下的種子。」

    如此而已。
